Crick Care Home is a beautiful converted manor house located in the small rural village of Crick, Caldicot. Our care home has a mix of 49 large and small rooms for people over 55 with a warm homely feel, excellent garden facilities, and a comprehensive activities program.

Our care home in Caldicot, Wales has 31 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 16 bedrooms that have washing facilities. All rooms have a view of the well-manicured gardens. Those on the ground floor have views of the surrounding countryside. Rooms are decorated to a high standard and residents are welcome to add their own personal touches. We have two twin rooms that offer residents to share a room should they enjoy company, closer friendship or have a family member they wish to share with. Our food is remains a popular aspect of the home with the residents. Choice is always offered including vegetarian and vegan options should they be requested. Any religious requirements are always catered for with advance notice.

We endeavour to provide the highest standards of care and we produce surveys and feedback forms on the regular basis, of which the summarised results get reported and actioned at our monthly management meeting. This enables residents and their families to give us honest feedback as we are always open to suggestions and ideas that can help improve the service.

Care Inspectorate Wales inspect the home to ensure we maintain a high standard of care. Crick Care Home will continuously look to improve the quality of resident and stakeholder experience.
